How do I use my membership?

When purchasing tickets online be sure to click the icon of the person at the top of the screen and follow the login prompts. You’ll see exclusive member tickets available when you select your session and seats.
Over the counter, just let our friendly staff know you’re a member. They’ll ask for your mobile number or last name to access your member benefits

How do I see what rewards are available for my membership?

If you login to your membership online it will take you to your membership profile page. On this page you’ll be able to see what rewards are currently available on your profile.

How much do I save as a member?

Compared to a general standard ticked, you’ll save $5 with ever ticket purchase.

Are there exclusive screenings for a member?

We love rewarding our members and will often notify our members of advanced screenings before the general public.

Can I use my membership for multiple tickets?

You can use your membership for up to two tickets, saving $10 each transaction, and for up to four tickets during school holidays.

How do I update my member details?

I signed up over the counter, how do I set my online password?

You should receive an email (check your junk folder if it hasn’t arrived) with the next steps to finish setting up your profile. If you still haven’t received it after 48 hours, please contact us here.
