The protagonist of the film is Zhang Qi-mao played by CHANG Hsiao-Chuan, whose daughter went missing when she was three months old. It is suspected that she was stolen by a child abduction group. His wife killed herself because of her guiltiness. He went into investigation but was framed and put into jail. When he got out, he found that her daughter has been stolen by a human organ trafficking group and become an organ donor whose heart was taken away. He has been in a rage and begun to use violence to seek a revenge.

張孝全飾演張其茂，女兒在三個月大時失蹤，疑似被販嬰集團偷走，妻子過度自責後自戕，他為追查真相反被誣陷入獄，出獄後查出女兒落入活摘器官集團，成為被取走心臟的「器子」。他悲憤難當，展開以暴制暴的復仇行動。
